The Corporation — Privacy Policy

Effective 2 October 2026

The Corporation collects no personal data. Unless you choose to sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games, nothing you do in the game leaves your device.

What is stored, and where

The game saves your current run, your settings (sound, music, haptics), your run history and the achievements you have earned. All of this is kept in the app's own storage on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is deleted when you delete the app.

Game Center and Google Play Games (optional)

Settings has a sign-in button for Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android). The game never asks on its own, and everything works without it. If you do sign in, the achievements you earn and a copy of your current run are stored by Apple or Google in your own account there, so they can follow you to another device. That is handled under Apple's or Google's privacy policy; none of it is sent to us.

Settings also has an optional “Send run report” button. It only does anything when you tap it, shares only through your device’s own share sheet to wherever you choose, and contains run statistics with no identifiers.

What is not

Children

The game does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it collects none at all.

Changes

If this ever changes, this page will change first, with a new effective date, before any update that collects anything is released.
